Based out of Seattle, JLANDIS has consistently produced, written and recorded music that pushes beyond the boundaries of what's "expected" in today's culture of R&B and Pop music. For the past 9 years, JLANDIS has worked tirelessly to form powerful, purpose-filled music that audiences of all ages can listen to, appreciate, and even be inspired by.

Having worked clinically in psychiatric hospitals for the past 10 years and in a prison for 2 years, JLANDIS brings forth aspects of the painful stories and trauma narratives of both patients and inmates he has encountered. For the purpose of raising mental health awareness, JLANDIS has integrated pieces of their trauma narratives into a three part album called the Psychosis Trilogy, which is currently being formulated. The corresponding pieces of the trilogy include Part I: The Pain, Part II: The Break, and Part III: The Treatment. Two preview tracks for Part I ("Torn") and Part II ("Expansive") can be accessed below.
